Reviews and Ratings
We had a mixed experience during our stay. The apartments were comfortable and well-equipped, especially with the washer/dryer, which was a lifesaver. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired, and we had some issues with the on-site dining and payment methods. Overall, it's a decent option if you can manage the inconveniences.
My stay at Meltonia Luxury Suites was overall a great experience. The property is well-maintained and exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. Peggy and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience; however, my stay was marred by a few inconveniences related to the amenities in my apartment, particularly with the absence of a fridge and hot water. Despite these issues, I found good value for money overall.
My short stay was remarkable, with luxurious accommodations and warm hospitality that made me forget my apprehensions about Nairobi. Although the apartment was nicely decorated and spacious, it fell short in some basic amenities and comfort, especially the mosquito situation and hot water issues. Overall, I'd recommend the place for its value and service, but be prepared for some inconveniences.
I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The suites were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. However, the service was lacking, with the staff seeming indifferent and a bit rude at times. While the location is decent, getting to the city center can be a bit of a hassle, and the dining options weren’t great, with overpriced food. Overall, not ideal for short-term visitors but would suit long stays if you're looking for space and cleanliness.
I had a short but wonderful stay at this hotel. The accommodations were spacious and incredibly clean, making it a solid option for anyone traveling to Nairobi. The staff was extremely helpful, particularly with my early morning schedule. However, the lack of an elevator might be a bit cumbersome if you're on the higher floors. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, especially for business trips.
